since i'm still new to commissions, these terms might change over time - they shouldn't be too drastic of an update however
i think ive covered most (if not all) of the important things here, so any future changes should be minor additions, clarifications, or a cleaner page

let me clarify that i am not at all fluent in legalese or being formal in general, so i will write like how i usually do
i hope what i wrote is readable enough :p

by commissioning me, i will assume that you have read and agree to what i wrote here

･⋆✦≫ general information:
  1. ABSOLUTELY NO AI! that includes modifying with AI or feeding any of my art (commission or not) to train!!
  2. i retain all the rights to my artwork
  3. no copying/stealing any of my creations. references are absolutely okay!!
  4. on the event i do YCH (your character here) commissions, please do not use my base
  5. i have the right to refuse your request
  6. if i am unable to do your commission, i will let you know as soon as i can
  7. do not remove my watermark from the drawing - i try to make it as unobtrusive as possible, so please leave it alone :')
  8. you are absolutely free (and even encouraged) to post it on social media! tagging me (if available - if not, a namedrop is fine) would be much appreciated :D
  9. i may post the final result online on my account(s) as well! ill let you know if i will so that there arent any unwanted dupes or prefer it private
  10. every commission ive done will be included in my art gallery but with reduced quality to protect the original
    if you wanted it to be private, then i will also refrain from posting it to my art gallery
･⋆✦≫ for payment, i currently accept:
  1. paypal
  2. stripe
  3. if your method isnt listed here, tell me and ill try my best to look for a solution
･⋆✦≫ where you could pay:
  1. ko-fi
  2. artistree
  3. paintrush
i'd appreciate it if you could use my ko-fi so i can track my commissions better :p they notify me about everything via email
be warned though - paypal shows me your name! if you want full anonimity, use stripe instead :)

･⋆✦≫ actual terms:
  1. i prefer full upfront, but in case you're unable to, i can be flexible!
    im willing to do a half deposit (other half will be paid after commission is complete) OR you can pay after i'm done
  2. please no chargebacks/refunds after the commission is complete
  3. if you want to cancel, please let me know asap!! i will only charge you for the work done until that point
    if i am halfway through the request, i will refund half, etc. you will recieve everything ive done until the cancellation
  4. if cannot do your commission, i will refund you the full amount
  5. a full refund will also be given if its cancelled before i have started on it
  6. edits may have an extra cost, depending on the complexity. check the "process" tab to learn more
･⋆✦≫ how long do i have to wait?
  1. i get pretty busy and procrastinate a LOT, so the downtime will take a while :')
    i normally mute notifications from most websites and apps, so i may miss out on some important stuff
    i rely heavily on ko-fi's notifications !! this is why i prefer it than direct payments as i can miss it
  2. i will try my best to notify you if i am currently unable to start/continue your request
  3. so far however, it has taken me three days minimum to complete them
  4. if it's urgent and want me to get it done quick, tell me
    ill do what i can to free up my schedule, though rushing me usually worsens the final result
･⋆✦≫ how long does drawing usually take you?
  1. usually for sketches, when im feeling great, as low as 5-15 minutes
  2. i get distracted a lot (curse my short attention span), so sometimes it can take up to 5 hours :')
    when im truly locked in (very very rare instance), a full body and shaded art can take as short as 2-3 hours
  3. anyways im just yapping at this point LMFAO tldr shortest is 15 mins, longest 5+ hours
･⋆✦≫ my process
  1. unless requested otherwise, i will work by myself and not provide updates
    please notify me beforehand if you want to see progress pics so i message you in the platform (if theres a chat) or message you via twitter/discord
  2. by default, reference sheets will be annoying you >:P (updating you every change)
  3. i will update you after every "milestone" (pose/sketch/colour/shade) so i can draw it exactly how you want it!
･⋆✦≫ edits/revisions
  1. minor edits (changing colours, face, something that doesn't take a while) are completely free :)
  2. as stated earlier, major edits will cost!! i consider major edits something that will take a while to correct
    example is adding a new character, changing the pose after lineart, different clothing, etc
  3. changing something major that requires a full redraw AFTER i'm done with the art is basically like a new commission !!
  4. i will tell you about these terms before committing to the edit
･⋆✦≫ i can draw:
  1. humans
  2. anthros/furries - mainly cats and protogens!
    please note that i have difficulty drawing other species
  3. object ocs/object heads
  4. ship/couple art
  5. meme redraws
･⋆✦≫ i cannot draw:
  1. explicit nsfw, fetishes, problematic things
  2. extreme gore (mild blood/injuries is okay)
  3. ferals (i have a massive skill issue)
  4. complex machines/mechas (example: transformers)
    simplified versions i am okay with
  5. complicated designs/backgrounds

･⋆✦≫ notes
  1. my style tends to vary a lot!! i am VERY inconsistent on my art but it shouldnt look too... foreign
    basically everything from line width, anatomy/proportions, shading, and colour can and may change!
    it's mostly due to my frequent usage of references and also my tendency to play around/experiment with my drawings
  2. i will draw how im used to, which is freely, and under my own judgement!
    i will not follow "shade in X style", "copy X's style" kinds of things
  3. im allowing "draw in X style" when its relevant and if im able to (example: draw character in the OMORI/Sonic artstyle)
  4. in case of suspicion of ai, i will gladly give the timelapse of my entire process
･⋆✦≫ usage rights
  1. do not claim my work as yours
  2. please do not trace my art 1:1 !! as long as you change it significantly however, its completely fine by me
  3. you're free to use my work anywhere (profile picture, background, social media post, etc)
  4. no AI.
  5. using my work for commercial reasons (like merch) is prohibited
  6. reselling is also not allowed
  7. as i wrote earlier, i may post this on my own pages and gallery unless requested otherwise
  8. crediting me if you post the artwork is appreciated (a lot) but not necessary :)
  9. editing my art is allowed as long as no ill intent is behind it and i am properly credited
